The initial greeting from staff Maylene(sp?) was superb. First impressions are everything, especially when working in customer service. Great customer service says a lot about a person; and being greeted, feeling welcomed, having a swift check-in process, by Maylene, and (another young lady) as it was our first time visiting, indeed exceeded my/our expectations. Keep up the great work. From observation, from the initial greeting from staff at the time of arrival to the hardworking kitchen cook's/staff, even during or in a challenge, they continued to persevere with a smile and excellence. The company should be proud. The room setup was great. There was just enough room for my family and I.

Very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast had a good variety and pleasant staff. The hotel is large but well-maintained. The nightly rate is higher than I like but everything in Toronto is expensive. All in all, good value. The free parking is a real bonus. Most hotels around the airport charge daily fees for parking.

Love the one bedroom king suite. It’s will be my go to room for the next time. Love that the bedroom has its own space separate from the kitchen and living room . Love that there’s a stove and an ice tray in the freezer so I don’t have to walk down the hall to go get ice. The bathroom is really nice and roomy.

This place was top value! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, nice breakfast area with a complimentary breakfast, nice warm indoor pool. We had a room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed so it was perfect for me and my husband and two kids. There's a business park nearby with a lot of restaurants as well.

Location is perfect , I have numerous medical appointments and this is very close to all amendments. Rooms are nice the only complaint was the fan for the heater made a loud noise even when it wasn’t operating. The wind blew it all night long and disturbed my companions sleep
